Reference Interactions in the Digital Age: Revising the RUSA Behavioral Guidelines

My report on Reference Interactions in the Digital Age: Revising the RUSA Behavioral Guidelines, a RUSA program held on Sunday, is posted on the LITA blog. It was a long two hours and poorly attended. Much more was said about remote reference and roving than about the topics of staff training and evaluation. Still, there were some very interesting comments about the directions reference services are going.
