I had a great view from my room in the Marriott in Monterey during the Internet Librarian 2006 conference. Every morning around dawn the fog would roll in and then burn off, until my last day. On Thursday there was no fog, so I had clear driving as I left.
I was up early. Around three o'clock the sea lions in the bay were making quite a racket. Arr-arr-arr-arr-arr-arr. I wonder what was going on. Maybe they were saying goodbye to everyone.
