You Betcha!

They speak Minnesotan at the St. Paul Public Library. I like this banner in front of the central libary, which is in the downtown area. The building was reopened in 2002 after two years of renovations. From the windows in the stairwells, you can look over the Mississippi River. Click the photo to find more photos.
